If you are a first time buyer, Oscar is very transparent and takes the time to explain the process and your options. Before we even looked at houses, he sat us down and explained the different types of loans as well as all other components of buying a house. He and his team were quick to respond and schedule viewing, which helped me get the house that I wanted. He has a team of people as well as connections to other businesses that allow the process to go smoothly. I barely had to lift a finger (other than to sign an extensive amount of documents). I would highly recommend him.

Oscar and his team went above and beyond to help us sell our home. He sold our home in 15 days after it had been on the market for 90 days with another realtor.
