Great support for my retired parents
My parents are retired and were ready to downsize and be closer to our grandkids, and Michelle made that dream come true in ways we didn’t even think were possible. She found us a beautiful new home in Casa Grande and guided us through every step with such care and expertise. What truly amazed us is that we were able to move into a brand new home with virtually nothing out of pocket something we thought was unheard of. She worked tirelessly to make sure everything lined up in our favor, and thanks to her, we were able to keep my parents savings untouched.

Outstanding once again!
Working with Team Colato was an amazing experience from start to finish. Amazing realtor
Oscar did amazing job not only to buy but to sell my property for anyone new to the market or even trying to sell Oscar is your guy, I would highly recommend. Oscar has good communication throughout the whole process for example he would reassure me on what was happening and if I was confused about a topic he would explain things in a way that felt so easy to understand and he is very professional on how he handles the whole ordeal, he wasn't sloppy or careless, and most of all he cared for what I needed.

Perfect experience
Michelle was amazing the whole time and helped me get the perfect corner lot that I wanted. She was even there with me writing a prayer on the pillars of my home before the drywall went up and the house was completed. Something I'll always remember. She truly cares about your needs and knows how to make your experience special and easy.
