I am not much of a writer but can only say this. AJ was and is honest hard working and very knowledgeable about what he dose. I really mean it !! He took my property as if he was selling his own house, I had already moved out of state and from beginning to end he kept me informed about everything he was doing on a daily basis, a phone call to me each day. I couldn’t believe how many offers came in and we chose the right one. He got me more than I expected and did it so professional!! All I can say is if you or anyone reading this gets lucky enough to have him list your property, you will not be disappointed!!! AJ was such a pleasure to work with! He spent time looking for homes for us in the MLS, and took us to see over 30 homes (this market is competitive!) in the area I was looking in. AJ is friendly and a good negotiator. I ended up purchasing my new home for only $18k over asking! I wanted to offer more but he told me he thought we could get it for less; he was right! If I am ever looking to purchase another property in this OC area, I will be sure to use Aj again.

My husband and I have been looking for our dream house by the ocean for the last 2.5 years and Tina has been helping us every step of the way. She’s always been very flexible with her schedule and accommodating. She is not a type of agent that would only say positive things about the house to sell for commission, but rather stays very objective and points out both good and bad. She has such a great knowledge and is very detailed oriented that helped us tremendously. There were so many incidents that inspectors, seller agent and we missed that she caught and corrected. There were a few times that things almost fell apart but she was always positive and found solutions for us and guided us in the right direction. We have recommended her to our family/friends and already asked her to help us with our next investment. She is absolutely the best!
