I am not much of a writer but can only say this. AJ was and is honest hard working and very knowledgeable about what he dose. I really mean it !! He took my property as if he was selling his own house, I had already moved out of state and from beginning to end he kept me informed about everything he was doing on a daily basis, a phone call to me each day. I couldn’t believe how many offers came in and we chose the right one. He got me more than I expected and did it so professional!! All I can say is if you or anyone reading this gets lucky enough to have him list your property, you will not be disappointed!!! I would not hesitate to have him list or find me a piece of property again! 5 STAR AJ.

AJ was such a pleasure to work with! He spent time looking for homes for us in the MLS, and took us to see over 30 homes (this market is competitive!) in the area I was looking in. AJ is friendly and a good negotiator. I ended up purchasing my new home for only $18k over asking! I wanted to offer more but he told me he thought we could get it for less; he was right! If I am ever looking to purchase another property in this OC area, I will be sure to use Aj again.
