We cannot thank Joy enough for her commitment to helping us make our transition from Kentucky to Lakeland as smooth as possible! We had one and a half days to travel to Lakeland and find the perfect home for our family and she made sure to have a many possibilities for us to look at and explore within that 36 hour window. She was so knowledgeable of all areas we were looking at purchasing, as well as what to look for as we toured houses. Joy was very familiar with our builder “Mike Hickman” and the quality homes he builds. She did a thorough search for comps to ensure we were able to get as much value as possible out of our home while not being over priced. Joys seems to have good knowledge of the market trends and was very informative and helped us make solid decisions when negotiating our contract. She was always very responsive when we had questions and very pleasant to work with. We sold our house during COVID and Joy was very respectful of us and our house and followed the guidelines and recommendations at the time. We are British owners of a house in Lakeland Florida which we have enjoyed visiting for 30 years. Due to lockdown with the pandemic we were unable to travel over to sell the property.
