When we engaged Stacy for our Winter Haven Condo, we did not know her. She was a referrral by Zillow. At first we were not sure if she would be able to help us since we are not residents of Winter Haven and reside few hours away. Right from the time she called us, she was proactive, stayed on top of things, worked really hard for us and she made sure all the communications between the HOA and the seller, closing office, you name it nothing fell thru under her watchful eye and she would communicate even at 11pm via Tx messaging if needed. She was the on top of everything, from getting the home inspected, paperwork of ownership with the HOA, working with the seller and we really had to do nothing. I have nerve worked with an agent who takes care of everything and we are property investors who have worked with several agents. She is the best ever we have ever met. The best part was, the way we worked with her was as if we knew her for years and she made sure we got the max since we were purchasing the home with all the furniture and electronics. One can never go wrong with Stacy and we have engaged her once again to sell one of our other properties. Thank you Stacy for being the best out there!!

Stacy is so on the ball. She responds to texts and phone messages quickly. She has great contacts that have been so helpful. She recommended a contractor who is now working on my condo. He is doing an excellent job and he to keeps me informed. Stacy saw me all the way through the offer and purchase process and she is still actively helping me now that the purchase is complete. By extraordinary I mean a lot of extra, and nothing ordinary about it. I'm not just talking about Joy as a realtor, I'm also talking about the market in general. We put in a total of 11 offers on different houses within a matter of months. Joy was extraordinary and went above and beyond any of our expectations. She was always there on our side, working for hard for us. Joy was always available to us when we needed answers to any questions we had. She was always professional, very knowledgeable, and inventive. Joy and her husband Gary are a great team. After this experience, we consider them friends.

You have made the sale of our property the best experience possible especially during this Covid situation. I live in NJ and have not been able to travel during this time. You made remote sale of our property possible. Our house needed some updating, roof/electric work and without your help it would have been next to impossible to pull off. You also helped with connecting with our lawyer an easy experience. Than to top this off you found us a buyer within a week at a great price and helped with the closing and finial sale. I personally want to say thank you for all that you have done and I know it was a lot of work on your part. You made it all possible, fast and easy. You have extended yourself beyond what we could ask.

Linda was current and knowlegable of Real Estate market, processes, contractors, and what buyers wanted. She always kept me up to date thoughout the whole process. She help with good advice on many aspects of sales preparation. I would say, Linda was hands on and very involved in all aspects including advising painters and contractors during times that I was not available. I was always completely informed of the many and various processes that were happening. If I didn't understand something, she always made sure to explain things. I have purchase Nine different homes in various areas of the country, and Linda by far was the most knowlegable, honest, and professional Agent I've ever had. YES, I would used Linda again!
