It was quite by accident that I found/contacted Joy Desmond and it was the best thing that could have happened at the time/circumstances. Having recently lost my wife of 58 years, I needed to downsize from a 4 bedroom, 3 car garage house to a 2 bedroom apartment closer to my son.
