It is difficult for senior adults to move from the home they built, raised their children and enjoyed years of family gatherings, and treasured memories. We appreciate Jonathon and ReMax for being with us throughout the process which included the purchase of our new home and then selling the home we grew up in with our family. While we knew we needed to downsize, the process was not easy at times. It was made much more palatable because of the help from Jonathon. Perhaps you are thinking it might be time to make a change. Lourdes Miro provided knows the market, provides data, visited other homes for sale, gave me an objective and realistic picture of the situation. I do not live in Lakeland, so Lourdes facilitated the tasks I needed to get done to put the sale in the market: she knows the right people to get the work done right! Lourdes understood my situation and accommodated to that situation, she is flexible and communicates well, therefore I knew where I was at each point of the transaction. She recommends and gives you options, but does not tell you what to do. I enjoyed working with Lourdes and I am recommending her if you want an agent that has your back.

Andrea treated me and my family like we were the only house in the city for sale. Every call I made to her was answered or returned timely. Every detail was checked on our end and the buyer’s end to make sure numbers and words were as agreed and as expected. She made time to explain to me what words and details in the contracts meant. She shared details to make my house sellable, packable, and fixable where needed. She had a network of trustworthy professionals, such as plumbers and roofers, that provided insights and performed work that was not just acceptable, but the best. My best explanation of Andrea’s performance is simply that she did what she said that she would do. Even better, she did more than I expected her to. It seems like business nowadays consists of people trying to do less and get more. Not Andrea! She is honest, straightforward, accurate, fair, accessible, and caring. Highly, highly recommend. I am confident I would not have been able to sell my house as easily and start my next chapter well prepared without her help.
