I cannot recommend Krisztina enough as a realtor and person. She has the patience of a saint and was always open to answering and addressing any concerns we had from beginning to end of our house selling process. We appreciated so much her knowledge of the market and helping us come up with a selling price that was realistic yet still competitive. She was always proactive and on top of all of the moving parts that are involved in the selling of a house. She worked brilliantly with the buyer's agent, the closing office, mortgage broker, etc. to make sure the process proceeded forward smoothly. Parks is a consummate professional that kept us updated during the sale of our condo in Fort Lauderdale. At the same time, he managed to keep a great sense of humor despite the adverse selling conditions we were dealing with and was able to deal with mine and my wife's unique approach (we just aren't that conventional). We set a two year record for a sales price in the building and if we buy or sell in the Ft Lauderdale area, we will seek out Parks again.

You can do no better than to engage Andrea for your RE deal! Andrea worked tirelessly to research, design a marketing strategy, get the property ready for sale and most importantly: actually sell the house by showing it consistently.
