Le Ann was professional and in contact with us regularly. We worked with Le Ann for 8-months as we were unsure of our timeframe to purchase a home and she never tried to pressure us or persuade us. She always made herself available when we traveled from out of state and even took the time to schedule showings for us on Christmas Eve as we only had a couple days. During the purchase process, she was very hands-on, showing up at the inspections, closing, and final walk-thru with the sellers. She was very engaged with everyone in the process and kept on top of what needed to be done. She always knew the right questions to ask us, the sellers, and their realtor. She was very responsive to our emails and phone calls and gave us some great suggestions. She did an excellent job negotiating for us, that we truly believe we got a great deal thanks to her. She spent a lot of time taking such good care of us and keeping on top of things that she made our process smooth and seamless. She is sharp, knows her business, and doesn't miss a beat.
