Aaron Sandoval was an amazing realtor to work with! He was kind and patient with all my particular quirks and isms. He took our family house hunting from Emmett to Boise. For 2 years we have been looking at vacant lots, new builds, as well as older homes trying to find the perfect fit for our family. He worked well with my husband and I and was great with our young kids as well. He built relationships with us all. And at closing he colored in dinosaurs coloring books with my kids. Aaron is a wonderful realtor and handled all the hard stuff making house buying minimal stress. If I had to buy a house again Aaron would be our realtor.

Lynn was fantastic. At our first meeting we immediately fell in love with Lynn, she is so upbeat and she knew her stuff. She was available whenever we needed her to answer one of our silly questions and to calm our worries. She had contacts with all the helpers needed to get our house on the market and, since we had moved out of state, that was extremely helpful. Lela did not wait for us to come to her. She did not really market herself to us in the traditional sense. What she did do was present herself as if she already was our agent. She researched the homes we wanted before we asked her to. She educated us about the market. All without pressure. As a real estate professional, she out-shined everyone to such a degree that we had to pay attention. I have already recommended her to others and I would use her again for a sale or purchase.
