Stacey is very good and very intelligent when it comes to selling and buying. She went above and beyond for us. We had a list of what we wanted and she was on it from the start. Searching for us, staying within the budget and the area we were looking at. When it came to selling our home she had it up and on the market within a few days. When I say she’s on it, I mean “she is on it”. We received asking price and she was on the process fast and the transaction went very smoothly. She is responsive and truly cared about our situation. We had to sell within a month and it went just a few days over. Blessed to have had her by our side. Highly recommend Stacey. Aaron Sandoval was an amazing realtor to work with! He was kind and patient with all my particular quirks and isms. He took our family house hunting from Emmett to Boise. For 2 years we have been looking at vacant lots, new builds, as well as older homes trying to find the perfect fit for our family. He worked well with my husband and I and was great with our young kids as well. He built relationships with us all. And at closing he colored in dinosaurs coloring books with my kids. Aaron is a wonderful realtor and handled all the hard stuff making house buying minimal stress. If I had to buy a house again Aaron would be our realtor.
