Le Ann was professional and in contact with us regularly. We worked with Le Ann for 8-months as we were unsure of our timeframe to purchase a home and she never tried to pressure us or persuade us. She always made herself available when we traveled from out of state and even took the time to schedule showings for us on Christmas Eve as we only had a couple days.
