Working with Lynn was the easiest thing ever. Her knowledge of this very volatile sellers market was invaluable to me. She was there every step of the way and was always available to answer questions and calm my nerves! I would definitely recommend her for any of your realtor needs. She has a great smile too!

Lynn Moore and her team went the extra mile to help us buy our home. We have bought several homes in our lifetime and we have never had anyone do as much as she did to make our purchase pleasant. We were out of state so she went two time and walked through the home showing us pictures. The people left the house very dirty and she cleaned it before we got there. I cannot say enough to express how pleased we are with the service we had with Lynn Moore.

Lynn is an exceptional Realtor. I wish we would have found her sooner; she will not only go out of her way to help you find a home/property, she will also walk you through every step of the way. If I could give her more than five stars, I would.

We were shopping for our first home and Lynn made it such an amazing experience. She is very involved in the process with you. She always made herself available to talk to even after hours if you had any questions she made sure she answered them and if she didn’t know she made sure to find out. All in all it was a very pleasant experience shopping for our first house and I would highly recommend going through Lynn

Probably one of the best things to happen in my life was to meet Lynn Moore, the warmest, nicest, most professional, hard-working real estate agent in Idaho and surrounding states. She is absolutely the perfect agent! My late husband and I lived in five different states and purchased/sold nine homes during a 30-year timeframe. Buying is easy; selling is another matter entirely. That is, until the sale of our last home through Lynn Moore, the best agent in Idaho, in my opinion. Even though the initial appraisal was $30,000 less than what Lynn thought it should be, she reviewed the comps with the appraiser, who then agreed he had undervalued the home. Lynn knew instantly the worth of the home, and made it happen. Within a few weeks, an offer was made for the entire asking price. The rest is history. Aside from the fact that Lynn is extremely well-versed in real estate law, she is a beautiful person, inside and out. From a business transaction to a personal friendship, I am very blessed to have Lynn in my life! And Tiffiny, too! What else is there to say?

Lynn Moore was just amazing to work with. Anytime I was worried about something she said don’t worry I got this. She helped in every way possible to get my house on the market quickly and efficiently and had open houses every weekend. We were lucky to get an offer very quickly and she helped us sort out things we never could of done ourself. It was the beginning of the pandemic and no one knew what to expect but she was always confident and took any worries we had made something positive from it. I cant say enough great things about her.

Lynn went above and beyond to help us through every aspect of the sale. We needed to sell quickly and she not only made it happen, but got us a very good price. Competent, professional, caring, helpful and quick to return calls. We couldn't have hoped for anyone better
