I had a non-standard situation where I went under contract with a builder for a complex of units that took much longer to build than anticipated. From the beginning, the builder's realtor was slow to respond and did not deliver information in a timely fashion. Scott handled all of this with patience and ease. His people skills for dealing with that situation were above and beyond and I was glad he was handling it for me! As far as the initial paper work, Scott was very professional and had everything set up and ready to go right away. I almost lost my offer due to another bidder wanting to buy several units at once, but Scott fought them to keep mine. It took about 20 months from the time I was under contract to the time it was completed. Scott is a seasoned professional and good with navigating difficult situations. I highly recommend him!
