Starting with visits on potential homes she did a wonderful job coordinating a route that was time efficient and an easy process. Making a final decision on a home was easy as we visited the best one last, her involvement with the whole process from choosing a home all the way until closing documents were signed was very helpful and insightful. We hired Lynn to be our agent after our house sale fell through in May 2024. My partner is a licensed agent but we had already moved out of state and we really needed someone in state to handle everything for us. Well, what a ride it has been!! First, the market down turned and then we had a several buyers under contract who couldn't make it through the final closing. So frustrating and stressful, especially being out of town!
