Excuse the cliches, but Lynn truly goes above and beyond and the extra mile, plus more! From beginning to end, Lynn made selling my home and buying another during a difficult time a positive experience. Her actions show that she believes in serving the customer, not just doing a job. The whole process was made so much easier because she was involved, present and made sure I knew I wasn't on my own. She was incredibly responsive and endlessly patient as I asked question after question. I never had to cause to wonder "Where's my realtor when I need her?" She was always there! Her knowledge of the market is outstanding and up-to-date. She has numerous quality contacts all over the valley. She stepped up again and again to make sure my new home was ready for me to move in, with all necessary things taken care of, plus she kept on top of the sell process of my other home, in every instance going beyond just doing her job. I can't imagine having gone through this without Lynn. She has all the knowledge and savvy I was looking for, plus kindness, enthusiasm, responsiveness and presence. I wish there were a rating choice above Excellent. Lynn has earned it.
