Sandra and Alex are the dynamic duo that really shaped my first home buying experience in the most positive way. I just purchased my first home and have no prior market/home buying experience. This process had the potential to be incredibly stressful and nerve-racking, but they always had a way of taking the pressure off of me and assuring me that they had everything taken care of while still educating me on the process and guiding me for the duration of the journey. Alex and Sandra are both incredibly knowledgeable and understand the market across the whole DMV. They used their expertise to advise me on certain properties, pricing, contracts, contingencies, everything from start to finish. They were extremely patient with me the whole time, and encouraged me to make some harder decisions, but wouldn't hesitate to offer their opinions if asked. They explained everything to me in depth, and answered all of my (at times dumb) questions with kindness and professionalism. In preparation to sell my home, I interviewed several agents. I knew Sandra Crews would be the best and she proved me right. Sandra Crews and Alex did an excellent job throughout the entire process of selling my home from coaching me on how to prepare the house for the market, marketing the house, doing open houses, negotiating multiple contracts, and closing the sale. Sandra Crews brought me three buyers, negotiated multiple offers, and escalated the asking price. Sandra sold the house $30K above my asking price and she got a contract within a few days. She sold the house quickly and most importantly I only paid 2.5% total commission because she brought the buyer. They kept me informed all along the process, responded quickly to any questions I had, and were attentive to any needs that I had.
