I can't explain how much Anne means to my family and I, She has gone above and beyond to make sure our family was taken cared of. I expected the home buying purchase to be complicated and hard but Anne took care of everything. From going down to offices to check on permits and making sure the home was on track. She and her team are extremely communicative and responsive. Within minutes of leaving from our initial meeting, she had the contractors lined up with estimates flowing. She was diligent in her recommendations making sure we did not put in any more expense to the sale than absolutely necessary maximizing our returns. Her fee strategy was also highly competitive and very fair. We understood the full plan prior to signing. After interviewing several agents, including some that we knew, we selected Sandra and Alex of the Sandra Crews Team to sell our house. We had not met them before, but it was clear to us that they were committed to putting in the time to promote and market our house. We felt very comfortable that they had our best interests in mind. We were not disappointed. They provided timely feedback and were always available for any questions we had. They were upfront and honest about the market and how best to advertise the house. We had a few offers within three days of listing our house, and accepted one of them, which was over the listing price. During that process, Sandra kept us informed about the offers and helped us weigh the pros and cons of each. Additionally, after we closed, there were some funds held in escrow for about a month. Sandra was proactive with respect to ensuring that we received those funds. She reached out to the escrow agent a few days before they were scheduled to be released to ensure that no additional info was needed.
