•We are building a home near Wilmington, NC and we were not thinking about putting our current home on the market until October 2025. Through Mike we were able to show the home in July 2025 to a couple who sought us out to find out if we were interested in selling. They made an offer the day after seeing it, and with Mike's help we were able to negotiate a quick sale and get top dollar (so far exceeding what any other property in our neighborhood has sold for). Mike helped us to successfully navigate the repair process, and the sale is now closed. Furthermore, we were able to negotiate a lease back on the home until the new build is complete. Now we can focus on the build process on our new home and the logistics for the move. Thus, with Mike's help we have alleviated a lot of stress over trying to sell our current home in a tight market while building another. We recommend that anyone looking for a listing agent consider Mike.
