Inmar was able to help my family and I, who were first time home buyers, facilitate the experience and process. Everything went by supper quick and although it was a new experience it was not as nerve wrecking because we knew the process due to his constant communication with us. I had the pleasure of working with Inmar when I was in the process of buying my first home. Right off the bat, he was friendly, approachable, and bilingual (Spanish) which was very comforting. At our initial in person meeting, he took the time to sit down with me and go over what I was looking for in a home, which helped me feel like the home shopping experience was custom to me. In addition, he not only listened and talked to me, but also talked with my parents who were also there to support me. I was looking for a realtor that spoke Spanish to help my parents understand and be able to participate in my home shopping experience and that is what I found in Inmar. At the first meeting, I wasn't expecting to go out and look at homes, since it was our initial in person meeting, but Inmar had taken the time to look up some homes and he suggested we check them out. I loved that he was on top of things from the get go, which made me feel super comfortable. As a first time home buyer, I was freaking out with putting in offers and Inmar was able to calm me down and reassure me that I was doing the right thing. I felt that during my moments of doubt, he spoke to me as a friend rather that just my realtor. What I loved about working with him is that he was able to be reached at any time and he kept me in the loop of everything that was going on. With the help of Inmar, I was able to successfully become a first time homeowner without difficulties and the entire experience was effortless with him. I loved the entire experience that I have faithfully recommended him to all my co-workers and friends.
