I found out about Cindy through a recommendation from my brother-in-law who had two real estate properties sold by Cindy, recently. I can only say, she far exceeded his glowing description of his experience. Cindy was extremely knowledgeable about the current and past markets for the area where my house is located. Right from our first meeting, I felt I could trust her instincts. What in the beginning appeared to be a straight forward transaction turned out to be far more complicated. At every barrier Cindy was able to see a clear resolution to the problem, and took charge to fix each issue. Her lead in every step of the overall completion resulted in the house selling at an unheard of price for a home in the sub-division. Bottom line, I would recommend her 30+ years of experience for any future real estate transactions you might be in need of.

There's a lot to say about Inmar Barrera but to summarize it all he is definitely very professional and knowledgeable about his profession. Every question I had was answered in a timely manner and he was very patient with me as well. Inmar is definitely all about helping his clients find the right home and not about just a quick paycheck for himself. Inmar has been honest throughout my experience looking for a home with him and gave me his true opinion about every house we looked at whether it was good or bad. I think that's important because it definitely shows he's in it to help his clients 100% and not just for himself. I will definitely work with Inmar Barrera for another future purchase!

Just wanted to give a shout out to our awesome realtor Inmar Barrera who helped us sell our house and say ✌ [peace] out to CA! He was very helpful, was able to work with our crazy schedules (including my husband's who was flying to our [new home state, TN] & gone for 2 weeks at a time 😬🥴), told us the things we needed to focus on to help sell our home, was great with my kids, helped us through some hiccups we had (on the buyer's end) and got us over asking price! Super friendly guy with a good heart!

Inmar was great from the beginning. He really got to know us and quickly knew what we were looking for in a home. He always treated us like a priority and never showed us anything that didn’t fit our needs. He is very knowledgeable of the Central Valley area and always had new information to provide, whether it was in the home we were viewing or in the city/neighborhood. Even with all of our challenges (that were out of our control) he always kept an optimistic attitude. Don’t hesitate to call him when you need a realtor, he is truly the best!
