I’m deeply active in the REALTOR® community, serving as Immediate Past President of Canopy REALTOR® Association, Canopy MLS, and the Canopy Housing Foundation in 2024 and 2025. As part of the Executive Committee, I help shape policy and progress for thousands of local REALTOR® members — advocating for professional standards, housing opportunity, and the future of our industry. Caitlin Valk, Director of Business Development and Training, came to RE/MAX Executive with 13 years of experience in training and education, including instructional design, K-12, and higher education. As former Theatre director, she loves working with people and finding creative solutions. A native of Oxford, Ohio, Caitlin has been in the Charlotte area since 2006. She enjoys game and movie nights with her husband and three kids and traveling with her daughter’s competitive dance team.
