Brittany really listened to what I was looking for. She’s prior military so she understands the challenges presented when doing a military move. We had the first house under contract and ready to close 4 days prior to my arrival, it fell through. Brittany had not wasted any time and sent me a list she had continued to compile for me. I closed on my plan B house 2weeks after going under contract. I can’t recommend her enough!!

Jody and her team went above and beyond. We tried hard to sell our home before the next school year started for our next duty station. When we had a legit buyer and were only weeks from them taking ownership they pulled out of the deal for major issues with their own home sale. We were devastated and then was having to carry the mortgage at our old home while living in another state. Jody and her Remax team helped us decided to not continue in the situation we would move to the rental market. Extremely quick we had a renter for our home who was also possibly interested in buying it as well. Months of efforts, time and absolutely not on anyone’s radar any longer our tenant also found by her Remax rental company became our buyer. This team doesn’t stop working and I am so beyond grateful for all of their experience and abilities.
