Wow! We had always heard stories about how difficult and stressful selling a house was. While we wouldn't say it was super easy or stress-free, Julian was definitely acting as an expert advisor, making every decision we had to make, much easier and with high confidence that we were making the correct choices. We live out of town and Julian was great about checking on the property and even watering when necessary, saving us multiple 400 mile round trips. He was always at the ready to explain any process or questions about forms, and most importantly, helped us to review offers, and decide on how to move forward with the back and forth, yielding a sale price $110,000 over the asking price! My husband and I reached out to Julian from Oregon when we were looking to do a 3031 exchange for a condo in LA. We set aside a weekend to find the condo. Julian spent the entire weekend with us showing us his recommendations and taking us to the locations. It was a very short time to find something across the entire county. He told us the best places to live which was a god-send. He was wonderful, thorough and got us a great deal on the perfect place in one weekend.
