Wow! We had always heard stories about how difficult and stressful selling a house was. While we wouldn't say it was super easy or stress-free, Julian was definitely acting as an expert advisor, making every decision we had to make, much easier and with high confidence that we were making the correct choices. We live out of town and Julian was great about checking on the property and even watering when necessary, saving us multiple 400 mile round trips. He was always at the ready to explain any process or questions about forms, and most importantly, helped us to review offers, and decide on how to move forward with the back and forth, yielding a sale price $110,000 over the asking price! If you're looking for a great Realtor, you can't go wrong with Julian!

Ed Sanchez made my dream into a reality. He put everything into making sure we got the home we loved. He was always available for us; morning, noon or night, even weekends— the man doesn’t stop.
