Tina showed her expertise in selling my home. She was diligent and patient. She was helpful in preparing to get my house ready for sale. She made a number of great suggestions what we appreciated and followed. Also, she was optimistic is her approach of selling our home which made my family and myself comfortable and confident that she would do her very best and that's what we experienced. My husband and I both are very grateful for Tina's support through our journey in purchasing our first home. She was understanding, extremely patient and kind. She heard our concerns, what we needed and gave us genuine advice as to what were our best options. She took us to see multiple houses and when it came to the home we ended up choosing, she was the first to notice this is it! And, it was it!, when placing offers we were blessed to be accepted immediately and she negotiate it with our best interest at hand. We even received nice gift from her after the purchased was completed. Highly recommended!

This was difficult time for me, and with a hectic work schedule, I wasn't the best with communication, or timelines all the time, thankfully Chris was! He was always ahead of the game and working hard for me. It was like having a very trusted friend, with my best interest in mind working on my side. He got me exactly what he said he would! He made the process as easy as he could. The technology they use and how they present a sale is fantastic. He also helped with additional issues I had at the house to help get the house ready for sale and sold. He knows and understands the market and kept me informed the whole way through. It was only on the market maybe 2 wks before we started a 30 day escrow and even that was finished before the 30 days! I am very grateful to Chris and Andrea. If you're unsure, just call them, as soon as you meet them, you'll understand how salt of the earth these folks are, and how well they know their business.
