I felt I was just another anonymous client. He more or less set the price, I don’t believe he was working for me, I lived out of state so there was no “working together”. He gave the wrong phone number out for 2 weeks, so consequently we did not get any calls. I realized it finally and brought it to his attention so he could assign the correct phone number. Nope I can’t recommend him with a good conscience. I wished I would have found another agent. But, it did sell, thankfully.

Tina's experience in Real Estate is apparent in the speed at which she answered all my questions. Her ability to explain the process, in a way I could understand, really made a difference for me as I worked through this purchase. I am not in the Real Estate business, which meant I had a tremendous amount of questions, and Tina ALWAYS answered the phone and treated me with respect. At the end, I felt more like a long time acquaintance, then a "stuffy" business relationship with Tina. As far as Tina's skills, TOP NOTCH! Tina really stayed on-top of the transaction. She was in direct communication with all parties involved, and as far as I am concerned, saved this deal multiple times! I could not have done it without Tina.

Chris and his wife were very pleasant in the beginning. He listed my home for lower than what I could have got on the market. He was all about a quick sell to boost his quotas, but it wasn’t what was best for me. I went along with his plan, but later regretted it. Chris’ attitude quickly soured after the agent he assigned to me was not supportive and knowledgeable. He told me to curse him out over the phone when I told him I no longer wanted to work with the ascent he assigned to me. I would have left him too, but my home was under contract. Choose a different agent who is professional and does what is best for his clients not himself.

Chris was a good agent. We chose him because he was familiar with the Hemet four seasons properties and he had knowledge of short sales. It was tough time for my Dad as he did not want really want to sell his house but Chris made it a good experience for him
