I was a buyer on a property that had a difficult seller and when I would get frustrated Tina would just let me vent and would give me the space to re-set , I believe that is a special skill of hers. She also was always communicating what to expect in the process, not just " hey I am sending you things to sign " she would give a heads up on whats coming and what the purpose was for the items that were forthcoming. I REALLY enjoyed working with her and would highly recommend her to others.

He returned every call and email, usually within 5 minutes. His business plan on marketing my property was smart and efficient, not just a MLS listing with a wait and see approach. Chris and Andrea really understand the Inland area market and the home sales process. They help you present your house at its best and understand the importance of the internet in selling your home. Their focus is technology and getting real buyers to see your home and negotiating a realistic and fair price. We had some unexpected things come up as we went through the sales process and Chris's in-depth knowledge was critical in helping us to navigate the system to get to our final sale and asking price. On a side note Andrea took some of the best pictures I've ever seen online of our home and that is a critical component of getting people into your house to see it.

Mrs Rogers, personally helped facilitate, and coordinate many extraneous tasks that were necessary to close the sale of my home in an exponential manner. Her extra effort plus the use of ZipLogix "docusign", allowed me to complete this transaction, almost completely with out being there (as I live in Las Vegas) and my home sale was in Big Bear California. I would strongly encourage any would be buyer or seller to use the Gilligan Log homes and Real estate, and to specifically ask for Mrs Tina Rogers. Tina Rogers is a very personable responsible and very commonsense approach to real estate. Tina was able to show us several houses in both big bear big bear lake and Sugarloaf. Tina made her self available when myself and my wife were able to come up and look at houses. Tina was very dedicated in getting us the house that we wanted for a vacation home. It took a lot of searching and looking at a lot of homes but she found this one and after putting offers down on several houses she found us that perfect house. She hung in there during some tough negotiations. Thanks to Tina we closed on a house in Sugarloaf.

Oh my goodness. For any one who knows me, they know I am extremely particular (picky) with the businesses/people I deal with. If you are a professional in your field then I expect nothing less than that. Being a Doctor and dealing with the public can be quite demanding at times - different knowledge levels, political correctness, varied emotions, etc. Having Yuri in our life has made things almost effortless.
