When I decided to sell my house I compared three different realtors. The first seemed too lacking in experience so I focused on Chris Murray of Remax and Vogler Feigen. Chris Murray was well prepared and had answers to all my questions. I made a comment something like, “It’s easier to come down from a high price than it is to come up from a low price.” Chris politely tried to explain that this idea was wrong but unfortunately some people (like me) have to learn the hard way. I asked Chris about his evaluation of the market value of my of my home and his estimate turned out to be within $3,000 of the eventual selling price.
