Connie is very passionate about her work. She got to know me as a person in order to find the best fitting house for me. She was flexible and worked around my availability for viewing homes. She gave me great advice and things to pay close attention to as a first time home buyer I didn't know. I purchase distressed real estate in Florida, do some rehab and then sell them. I recently bought a house in Melbourne and after working with one realtor and stopping by to see how the property looked, I dropped that broker and went with Karin. I know you hear this all the time, but she did go above and beyond. We had water leaks and other issues and Karin would run over to the home and also set up contractors for me. When a contract offer was presented, she guided us through the decisions and process and coordinated all details and scheduling with the other realtor, ensuring nothing was overlooked. She assisted us in negotiating a month lease to remain in home after we sold to allow additional time to get our new home ready and close.
