I can't say enough about Theresa Friend. We were out of state sellers and needed to sell my mother-in-laws house quickly so it wouldn't sit empty. I called Theresa and told her we would be in Florida on a Thursday and she met us at the house the next day. She came fully prepared with a folder with much needed information and prepared comps on the house. She walked through the house and advised us as to how to get the house ready to show and we signed a contract that day. Her photographer came the following Tuesday to take pictures and we had multiple offers by the weekend. Theresa assisted with the financial aspects, the inspections and the closing. I would be very happy to recommend her to any friends and family who needed the services of a realtor. We felt very lucky to have had her working with us to sell our house.

Kerry is simply amazing! She was always available, and always had solid answers and advice on my many, many questions when it came to selling my older home. I was never stressed out, or concerned at any point during the sale of my home because Kerry always seemed to be 10 steps ahead of the situation. I especially appreciated knowing the answers to my questions and concerns were straight forward and clear.
