Many years ago I contacted Theresa about purchasing a house and came up from the Keys to spend the day with her. She took me all over but in the end nothing really whet the apetite. 18 years later my wife and I were looking to move from Sebring and thought we would try to find something in Melbourne again and as I am friends with her on FB I did not hesitate to contact her.
