We are quite experienced in dealing with RE agents, after purchasing and selling several properties. But nothing prepares you to the level of professionalism and expertise that Kerry demonstrated while working with us. We purchased the house in the height of the market, when the inventory was scarce - just as it happened with us in 2008 in NY. Yet not a single time we had any type of push from Kerry or heard anything like " it is not going to last", " you better hurry up", etc. - something we actually were expecting! Her knowledge of the area is fantastic. Her assistance and guidance through the purchase made everything so easy, that it was an enjoyable and stress-free process. (Again, I cannot say this about our previous purchases) She is always on time, if a delay – she would contact you immediately. All our communication was fast, no lost emails or “ maybe in your junk folder” approach. Her whole team is very supportive and easy to communicate with. Buying a home in this market is difficult, at best. Doing it from another state, even more difficult. Kerry was referred to us by a friend, and we were so blessed to have her to get us through this process. Her professionalism and communication are top notch. She literally drove us around for hours to find our home. We ended up purchasing a home that was in the process of being built, so we had to find a rental to stay at until it was finished. Once again, Kerry to the rescue! She found us a beautiful condo, close to the beach, at an affordable price. Our move from Massachusetts to Florida was not without challenges, but I don’t know what we would have done without Kerry’s help. From start to finish, we couldn’t have had a better realtor!!
