I rated Bart a Five Star for Excellence, but would have gladly given him a 10 plus. Bart is one of those agents who really, really cares, and went way above and beyond the call of duty in working with us to find a home that met our every need. It felt like he was available 24/7 whenever we had a concern, issue, or question during the entire process. If he didn't know the answer to something, he would go the extra mile to find out and provided us with accurate information. I really can't say enough great things about Bart. He is knowledgeable, professional, has a great sense of humor, and he CARES about his clients. I don't know how you can get any better! Seriously, I just don't think you can find a better agent than Bart Miranda. I recommend Bart whole-heartedly and with complete confidence that you will find all that I've said to be true if you are lucky enough to have him as your agent.
