Julie is so much more than a broker. She's a stylist, comedian, therapist, and connector of all the things you will need (and more!) to close on your dream home. Julie managed to do the impossible. She coordinated the purchase of an apartment within a day of the sale of my home. But prior to that, she had honest, frank conversations with me about the possibilities and pitfalls in getting me there. She listened to my needs, and within one day brought me to a curated list of 5 apartments - all in my price range, neighborhood and taste. She saved the best for last, and declared "I think this is it!" before we arrived. She was right - so perhaps she can add psychic to the list too! She held my hand every step of the way, spending hours talking, texting, and even grabbing coffee as we walked through the process. Julie is professional, and experienced, and honest. She also was able to connect me with a network of professionals that made my closing seamless, and maybe even fun - during a highly stressful time in my life!
