Julie has been a delight to work with. I put my coop on the market and she walked me thru all the steps so that the apartment would show well and I could maximize the sale price. She gave me lists of contractors and lawyers that she knew to be reliable and reputable. She made sure the new buyers had their board package compiled properly and made it extremely easy for all of us. My experience has been a great one. You can be sure that you're getting someone who is giving you extremely accurate and realistic suggestions, estimates and guidance. Julie will always be there for you by your side and always available to answer any questions. Julie really put out many fires during our house sale and very often went above and beyond what would be expected from a real estate agent...such as stopping by the house on her own time to close a window someone had left open or getting a contractor in the house to fix something requested by the buyer. Julie just helped us close on a Co-op in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn. Aside for being a genuinely nice person Julie is great at her job. She should be the first call to anyone looking to buy or sell in Brooklyn. We were first time home buyers and she took us through the process step by step...recommending great real estate lawyers, lenders, movers and contractors. People told us how hard and frustrating the buying process is, but it couldn't have been less stressful and easier...my wife and I have a feeling that's mostly due to Julie. I got in touch with Julie back in April 2015. Out of the many agents that I contacted, she was the only one who responded right away. I wasn't ready to buy then, and being a first time homebuyer, I had very little knowledge on how everything worked, but Julie was patient & willing to speak with me and answer any questions I had then, even though I wasn't ready to buy. She gave me all the details of the home buying process and recommended a list of loan officers that I could choose from if I wanted to, if I had any questions before and during the home buying process. I kept in touch with her since then as she was my go to person for any question I had. Finally, when I was ready to buy in late November of 2015, I met up with Julie and went to check out a few homes in Bay Ridge. When she was out of town, she had her associate Susan show me homes who is also very knowledgeable & helpful. Honestly, Julie made the home buying process so smooth for me. She guided me through the process, advised me on who to contact & when step-by-step (list of loan officers, lawyers, insurance agents, and even contractors to choose from who were familiar with the area and the buildings) and saved me a lot of time and energy. Julie’s a pleasure to work with. Her extensive knowledge about the area, the buildings, & contacts made my home buying process so smooth. I am happy to say that I will be closing in a few weeks.
