Randy is very experienced and was very responsive to our needs in selling one of our homes. He was great at helping us get through some of the setbacks that inevitably occur. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for someone with experience to represent them in their real estate transactions.

While shopping for a condo and selling my home, Pam Bradshaw was nothing short of miraculous, professional, friendly, thoughtful and kind. She was always available whenever I called her with questions or to view a particular property. If I ever had to leave a message (which was rare) she always returned my call within minutes. It was as if I was her only client. I would highly recommend her to anyone wanting to buy or sell their property. She won't disappoint you or let you down.

What can we say about Randy and his team that other reviews have not already! He is the real deal and truly values his clients. Our interactions with Randy have always been great and he made sure our home was always a priority. What he does, which is better than every other realtor, is use a professional photographer to showcase your home. Boy does that make a difference! Randy sold our home 20% higher than we even anticipated in only a few weeks. Take it from us, you will never regret giving Randy a call!

Randy was great to work with! He was very patient with us. We contacted him over a year before we were actually ready to sell and he always answered questions we had. When a job change out of state required us to sell quickly he was there for us. If you want someone who is honest and professional you want Randy! Randy always put our needs first! He walked us through step by step and got our house listed, sold, and closed in a matter of a few weeks. Randy knows the market and knows how to get your house sold! We can't thank him enough!

Her reputation and compassion well exceeded my expectation and will continue to not only recommend Tina but will always use her for any future transaction. Randy is absolutely amazing!! He sold both of our houses and got us into our dream house despite what sometimes felt like fate working against us. Every quirk, every snarl, every time we thought the ship was sinking, he handled with grace. He was always so kind and patient with us yet handled the business end of the deal with assertive professionalism that saved the day more than once. Moving is a challenge, to say the least, but we would ONLY move again with Randy by our sides.

As I said before, Tina was able to schedule me a showing the day the house went on the market for every house I asked about, which was a must with the way the housing market currently is for buyers. Tina was quick to answer any questions I had (which was a lot since I was a first time homebuyer). She was also patient with how picky I was. Overall, I would definitely recommend tina to anyone looking to buy a new house.
