This is the 2nd home I've purchased using Randy and his team and the 2nd experience was even better than the 1st. The previous owner in this house left a LOT of stuff in the garage and basement that I said had to be removed prior to me taking ownership. When the owner wouldn't do it Michelle (the agent I worked with on Randy's team) did it herself! If I knew she was doing it I would have done it myself. She also helped me find the perfect home in a really tight market. I believe it was about one month from when we first saw it to closing. Hard working, knowledgeable, kind and genuinely good, caring people. You will not go wrong using these folks.

I have known Tina for a very long time. When it was finally time to start house hunting she was very helpful. Unfortunately we did not find the perfect house for my situation and then my situation changed. It took a couple of years to find the perfect house. But Tina was ready to take me to a showing and was so patient with me and when we finally found the perfect house and my offer was accepted she was sincerely happy for me. If you are going to sell your home and don't know who to trust The Randy Miller Homes Team is top notch! Randy and Jennifer listed and sold my elderly parents' dream retirement home. What a difficult, emotional decision for my dad. Mom has Alzheimer's so it made the situation even harder. Randy and Jennifer were wonderful advocates for my dad. They spent hours (literally) getting to know Dad by sitting and listening to his life story. They are so compassionate and understanding! Through all of Dad's emotional turmoil Randy and Jennifer were sympathetic and responsive to his needs. They have integrity, tremendous knowledge of the business, and are a shining example of how to treat others with dignity.
