Wes is knowledgeable and knows construction. He has done contracting work in his previous carrier and due to which he is a resource. He would give you both good and bad about the house. He made the process easy and a learning experience. Would definitely recommend him. Specially if you are first time home buyer, you want Wes to be your agent.
