He has many years of real estate and home building experience which allows him to seamlessly guide you through all the steps of selling your home. It is very important to Wes to make sure his clients are comfortable and understand the steps of selling your home, including the purchasing agreements, addendums, and closing documents. He made listing and closing on the home very easy. Wes Brooks provided comps and set the house price point to market value. Wes utilized specific house features which allowed him to set the price point a little higher than some of the comps. He also provided recommendations on updates to make the house more marketable. He tells you what you need to know, and not what you want to hear. The most challenging part of selling my home is that the tenants did not want to move out which made it very difficult to show the home. Wes was very patient and worked though all the difficulties of tenants not wanting to move out. He worked closely with the other agents to help show the home and explain the situation. We ended up selling the home without significantly reducing the price, which most agents would have recommended. Wes is also an excellent photographer and can provide walk through videos and drone videos which makes your home stand out over the competition.
