Annie is simply amazing. She spent months showing us homes until we finally found our dream home. She was so patient and so helpful when it came to negotiations during this crazy time in the housing market. After my offer was accepted on our new home she listed my current home. We had so many offers to choose from in just one weekend. It was amazing and overwhelming! Annie was beyond helpful in reviewing all the offers and giving pointers on which were the strongest so I could make an informed decision on which offer was best for me. I found Harrison on her Facebook realtor page, she was very inspirational. I reached out to explaining what I wanted to do and she immediately got me started with a mortgage person to request a loan. That was late November by the time January came I had a offer on a house and it was accepted and I closed on the house middle of March! Awesome service and I love my house! She has also been helpful since the closing of the house!!

Terry was very knowledgeable with every question presented to him, whether it be Inspection, Title Co, Closing questions and Buyer's vs Seller's. His communication skills were impressive.
