After closing, we listed our old home for both sale and rent with Caitlin. We got several above offer sale prices on a house we had already priced aggressively above market so was pleasantly surprised. When the buyer threatened to default on the purchase, Caitlin and team gave great advice, applied the right leverage to the buyer and got them to the closing table without changing a single clause of the offer.
