Problem Solving Agent
Ann was my listing agent to sell my rental house in Fairfax. The house was in poor condition and needed tons of cleaning and updating to get a decent price. I was trying to do some of the work when I got covid and hurt my back. Ann took the bull by the horn and lined up professionals to do the cleaning, painting and other repairs. She even pitched in and did some cleaning and yard work. She kept me informed by phone, emails and pictures. The house sold quickly with multiple offers and at a price I never dreamed I would get. Thanks to her, this took so much stress out of my life. I would recommend Ann to anyone in any situation.
