•We went down to Florida to look for a condo. Spoke to Candace on the phone and she lined up different neighborhoods and properties for us to see. Nothing worked out on our visit. Very soon after we left Florida Candace called and had a condo she thought we would like. She went to see it for us and gave us the details. The next day we made an offer and it was accepted. Candace was on top of all the dates and items we had to take care of all through the process. Two months later we moved in! Candace always returned calls and answered questions throughout those months.
