But what set her apart was her availability to my wife and me and her responsiveness to our questions and requests throughout to process. On my visit for the walk-through on the day of settlement and the day after the deal closed Elana spent extensive time acclimating me to Hunters Run. She went beyond her role as realtor and acted as a friend and neighbor. When she learned there was no bed in our condo, she provided an air mattress for my use the night of settlement.
