More importantly, she was honest, conscientious and persistent in getting the best deal she could for us. Robert Marchese is the BEST! When we decided to put our house on the market, we did some research on Realtors in our area. We knew of him by reputation, but wanted to meet with him face to face. He visited our house, explained the way he operates, and instantly, we knew we were in good hands. He went through our house room by room, made suggestions on making the house more presentable to potential buyers, etc. He brought in his people, who took care of everything professionally, and cost effectively. His photographer was amazing! Bottom line- the day our house went on the market, we had 3 offers, including one well above asking price. House sold-end of story! Five stars is insufficient to describe how happy and fortunate we were to have Robert as our realtor, and how highly we recommend him.

This review isn't about Daniel as an agent, but rather as a person. My parents were looking to sell the home they've lived in for over 50 years and Daniel found out about it through his local contacts and made them a reasonable As-Is offer. My #1 concern when I met with Daniel was that my. parents, 88 & 93 years old, would have a stress free transaction and exit. Daniel gave me total confidence he would work with my parents and allowed them the flexibility to move out on their own terms. And, when a last-minute issue with the scheduled move-out came up, Daniel was compassionate an understanding and rescheduled his work to allow for the weeklong delay.
