Recently we lost our very dear brother-in-law; and as Executrix I had very many important tasks to address, in spite of my grief at his passing. I was determined to represent him well, as he deserves. Not everything went smoothly and in fact there was more than enough family drama to handle; but one thing went very right – and that was the sale of the house. Because the parties involved live in four different states, we were in a somewhat difficult situation. Enlisting Karen and Keith of Bridges Connection Team was the best thing we did. They met with us immediately on our time frame; were professional and friendly; and extremely knowledgeable. We asked for a solid bona fide contract in 30 days. They got us one in five days with agreeable terms for both buyers and sellers. Additionally, they stayed on top of every single step of the process and kept us informed along the way. Their level of communication was extraordinary. Also, with the pertinent parties out of state, they stepped up to help with tasks that could not be handled remotely; which is beyond expectations. They did all of the work necessary to ensure an on-time closing; and it went without a hitch. They took so much pressure off us, and we are extremely appreciative. We cannot emphasize enough how crucial their role has been in this process, and we recommend them very highly.

Robert did an excellent job throughout the entire process of selling my home. Outstanding communication the entire time and strong negotiation skills at the end when my house sold and there were outstanding issues. Robert is fantastic and did an outstanding job for me. I used Robert to sell my house and immediately thereafter to purchase another home. The experience of working with Robert couldn’t have been any better. His knowledge of the market led to pricing the home correctly so it would attract buyers. His negotiating skills were first rate to finalize the deal. Then on the purchase side he once again used his knowledge of the market to do an excellent job negotiating for me on the purchase. Everything went smoothly on both ends. He is easy to work with and very knowledgeable of the market. I highly recommend Robert whether you are selling or buying to do a first rate job. Robert - was nothing short of exceptional from the listing of our home to the navigation of the sale. He used solid market data regarding comp's which put us in a position of strength when the offers started coming in. He learned all the special features of the home, which made for a powerful presentation to prospective buyers. He personally attended "EVERY" showing even when he was under the weather. A dedication and commitment to excellence like we have never experienced from any other relators. When feedback was available, Robert called, we never had to chase him for information. We always felt in the loop! You might find a cheaper fee realtor however, if its results you want you won't find a better one!
