Complete Professional
Bill was a true professional and represented my best interest throughout the process. My buyers & their agent were difficult with over commitments to closing time lines and even changed mortgage companies midway through the process. Instead of a three week closing date (as committed to on the initial offer) the closing was moved FIVE times causing additional expenses on my end. Bill did an excellent job advocating for me not only getting $11k over asking price, helped to sell my furniture with the house and got my out of pocket early move expenses covered. He was calm throughout which really helped me stay focused on the end result. Would 100% use Bill again.

EXCELLENT IN HIS JOB
He had to put up with me for about 3 months, give or take. He toughed it out. I was much more difficult, bitchy and crazier then probably most of his clients. I was not easy to deal with. But he stuck it out. I don’t think I could have gotten through the drama trauma of selling and buying without him. Not only was I worse than a royal pain, I was a first time buyer and had never sold a property. There were lots of hurdles. But the end result is a home that I can feel safe in and be proud of.
