While dealing with a death of a parent which necessitated the sale of the property, this was a very difficult time for us and we needed a broker that would be efficient, fair and professional, while also being kind and sensitive as well to our situation. Excellent responsiveness, always available. I was looking for a property with a 7.5% rent cap and he immediately presented me with different options. He made sure the properties had no issues in terms, sent an inspector, checked that the current tenant was paying the rent in duly manner, checked the maintenance fee with the association and the state tax. We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Ysabel. She has been our realtor in the past and there was no other choice for us when it was time to buy again.
